Description
This 4 piece “double eyelet” set (V-neck cardigan, hat, booties &blanket) is worked in DK weight yarn at 5.5 stitches per inch. For a softer feel, the blanket is worked with the same yarn using larger needles, so the gauge is 4.5 sts = 1″. You can see from the photograph that you can use solid or variegated yarn. A set could also include mixing solid & variegated.

US 4 and US 6 for sweater and booties. 16″ circular US 6 and DPN US 6 for the hat (or size to obtain gauge).

Blanket Materials:

610 yards DK weight yarn used at a larger gauge. For longer blanket, add 120 yds for each 6″ in length.

Gauge:
sweater, hat, and booties: 5.5 sts = 1″ on US 6
blanket: 4.5 sts = 1″ US 8
