In Stockinette stitch and using smaller needle, 14 sts and 32 rows = 4″
In Stockinette stitch and using smaller needle, 20 sts = 4″ measured over Rows 1-8 of Ruching Pattern.
In Stockinette stitch and using larger needle, 12 sts = 4″ measured over Rows 9-14 of Ruching Pattern.
