here’s a good project to learn some different stitches. It can also be used as a class project. After working this sampler scarf, any one of the individual sections would make a nice scarf, putting together three scarves makes a shawl or seven scarves makes a throw.
Finished Measurements: 6″ wide x 72″ long
Yarn: 450 yards worsted weight yarn
Gauge: 4 sts = 1″ in garter stitch
Needles: US 8 or 9, or size needed to obtain gauge
