Description
This is a pattern written for four gauges (3.5, 4.5, 5, and 5.5 sts = 1″) and finished measurements of 36-60″. There are optional front tabs and back detail for the tuxedo vest. Pick out your yarn and knit a swatch. Make the swatch to one of the stitch gauges and pick your size. To make sure that you get the correct measurements, take a sweater that fits and use those measurements. This is another pattern that should be considered a blank canvas for your creativity. You will need buttons and a crochet hook for a crochet edge. Use smaller needles if you want a ribbing or just let the edge roll. If you are using pattern stitches or adding length for a man’s vest go up to the yardage for the next size.
